SouthWing raises €5.0 M from Riva y García Private Equity.

SouthWing an innovation-focused company, which designs wireless Bluetooth solutions for mobile products such as phones, pocket PCs, or computers. today announced the completion of a €5.0M round of equity financing, from Riva y García Private Equity.
Invercat and Spinnaker, managed by Riva y García Private Equity together co-invested a total of a €5.0M to finance Southwing growth plan based on the development of innovative products and its international expansion.
The purpose of the investment is mainly to finance R&D development for new innovative Bluetooth solutions and to reinforce its international commercial network, establishing subsidiaries in the United States and Asia.
